Adam Crozier

I am a 38-year-old father of two and husband. For more than a dozen years, I had been told I was facing kidney disease and dealing with various drug treatments with dietary and lifestyle changes. My family supported me without hesitation through it all. Finally, four years ago, I was added to the list and shortly thereafter started home hemodialysis. With the support of my wife and children, I have been able to continue to work full-time, coach youth sports and travel for both work and leisure. While this is a huge challenge, I am grateful that I am the one with the disease and that my children and wife have been spared from a long-term illness. I look forward to the day I get a call letting me know it’s time for transplant. I will resume an active lifestyle and show my children the value of faith, perseverance and courage.
